Talent is the core driving force behind corporate development and the wellspring of progress. Shangluo Electronics fully recognizes this, and through a variety of initiatives—including systematic training and technical knowledge sharing—continues to build a high‑caliber technical support team.

Recently, the Shangluo Electronics Technical Support Center hosted a technical sharing session titled “Driven by Expertise, Striving for Long‑Term Success” at the Nanjing Binjiang Supply Chain Base. The event covered industry fundamentals, application categories, market share, and other practical technical insights from both an industry‑wide and product‑line perspective, while also extending an open invitation to all Shangluo colleagues to register. In addition, the conference featured special presentations by Kevin, Head of Connector Products, and Johnson, Head of Strategic Products, from the Market Supply Center, who shared detailed information on product use cases and go‑to‑market strategies. This allowed attending FAEs and AEs to not only deliver technical solutions but also gain fresh knowledge about the product portfolio—knowledge they can apply to their day‑to‑day project promotion efforts. A total of 110 colleagues from across various centers gathered at the Binjiang site, uniting their strengths to embark on a journey of technical growth, stepping beyond conventional thinking and engaging in deeper reflection on the ongoing evolution of technology in the electronics industry.

The presenters have been divided into 12 groups, each corresponding to a specific industry or product line. Each group is led by a department head or supervisor and operates under the principle of “joint effort and mutual success,” with a focus on strengthening cross‑team communication and collaboration, pooling collective expertise, analyzing the latest market trends, and identifying opportunities for business network development.

All participants were deeply inspired, describing the sharing session as “extremely informative,” and, upholding the principles of fairness and impartiality, they assigned scores to each presented project. The Aluminum‑Film Group, the Power‑Management Group, and the Networking‑Industry Group took the top three spots.

As professionals in the electronics industry, we must not only continuously absorb cutting-edge knowledge but also rigorously refine and internalize it before sharing and applying it.
