The 12th 100-kilometer endurance hike has successfully concluded.

In early 2011, Shangluo launched its first 100-kilometer hiking event. Over the past decade and more, this hike has become a cherished tradition for the Shangluo community. From January 20 to January 25, “Walking Toward the Light, Journeying Far” — Shangluo Electronics’ 12th 100-kilometer endurance hike was successfully held. The hiking team completed the “Suzhou–Nanjing Riverside Base” mission in six days, with a total distance covered of 229 kilometers 。

January 19: Suzhou – Hiking Kickoff Meeting

Zhang Quan, Chairman of the Corporate Strategy and Governance Committee, recounted the original story behind Shangluo Yixing. He expressed his hope that the Yixing team, drawing on their personal experiences, would reflect on “ Direction, goals, planning, conviction, team, self-discipline, honor “Seven key words.”

January 20–25: On the Journey of Perseverance

The extreme cold posed a formidable challenge to those pressing forward. The hiking companions encouraged one another, some marching ahead with heads held high, carrying the team flag, while others bore the exhaustion of blisters on their feet and trembling legs. Over six days, there was not only perseverance and mutual support among the group, but also the delightful and touching surprise of family members dropping by to check in. January 26: Nanjing – Hiking Summary Meeting

Sha Hongzhi, Chairman of Nanjing Shangluo Electronics Co., Ltd., used the term “ Trust, Potential, Goals “I’d like to share my reflections through three key words. Mr. Sha stated that the hiking‑for‑charity event can foster mutual understanding and trust among team members, strengthen a sense of collective pride, and help drive efficient operations. With clear, goal‑oriented leadership, we can unlock our full potential and elevate ourselves to a higher level of performance. By breaking down ambitious objectives into manageable steps and tackling each daily task with diligence, we can ensure that our goals are not only set but also successfully achieved.”

As the initiator of the endurance hike, Zhang Quan hopes that, over these six days, participants will truly come to understand “craziness” and “growth,” embrace the principle that “nothing can be established without first being broken,” and achieve transformative personal development. The attending leaders and guests also shared their own reflections.

During the “flag‑handing ceremony” , Zhu Li, the captain of the 12th edition of the Long March Walk, passed the team flag to Gong Wenyu, the captain of the 13th edition—symbolizing both the transfer of responsibility and the enduring spirit of the Long March Walk.

The Shangluo Charity Sale Event Concluded Successfully

January 27–28, Shangluo Electronics “The ‘Revive Idle Items, Fuel Love’ charity sale was successfully held.” As a key component of the annual conference, this charity sale was conducted through pre-event promotion and extensive mobilization, with items donated by caring individuals categorized and sold on-site.

Shangluo Electronics’ charitable fundraising sale was launched in 2015 and has since become a longstanding corporate philanthropic initiative. Over the past nine years, all members of the Shangluo family have enthusiastically donated their unused items, each contributing their share to shine brightly and ensuring that kindness continues to spread, one small act at a time.
