Bathed in the morning light, the children entered the Nanjing Science and Technology Museum, brimming with anticipation and excitement, to experience the wonders of science and technology up close.
We hope this unique journey into science and technology will ignite children’s curiosity about the world, help them grasp scientific principles and technological applications, and inspire them to explore and put their ideas into practice.

Nanjing Imperial Examination Museum, China
Step into the Jiangnan Imperial Examination Hall and journey through a thousand years of the imperial examination system.
The children visited the China Imperial Examination Museum in Nanjing, where they gained insight into the evolution of China’s imperial examination system, traced its cultural lineage, and immersed themselves in a lifelike recreation of ancient scholars taking their exams. Through this experience, they developed a deeper understanding of the social significance of achieving success in the imperial examinations and of how imperial‑examination culture has shaped China’s modern and contemporary testing systems.
Ten years of arduous study, and at last the world takes notice. Though the imperial examination system has become a thing of the past, the nation’s efforts to cultivate and select talent have never ceased. We are confident that these young people will, through their own hard work, rise to great heights!

Ignoring the scorching heat and the crowds, the children set off together, measuring Nanjing’s corners with their feet and capturing the city’s beauty with their eyes. Ahead, unknown delights await, and the path before them is always worth looking forward to!
The children, at leisure, wander through the narrow lanes of Lao Mendong, experiencing the dynamic interplay between modernity and the timeless charm of ancient Jinling, fully immersed in the atmosphere of “Ten Miles of the Qinhuai River, a Dream of Jinling.”
