This year’s receipt of the Makita 2021 Outstanding Contribution Award reflects Shangluo’s full‑scale cooperation in the introduction of TE products. Li Zhichao, Product Manager in the Marketing Department, promptly reached out to TE’s headquarters and secured robust support from the manufacturer, thereby addressing Makita’s urgent needs and helping the customer recover substantial losses.
