With the tiger gaining wings and exuding might, its majestic presence today surpasses that of yore. On January 15, 2022, Nanjing Shangluo Electronics held its 2021 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony in a grand livestream, under the theme “With a Strong Heart, Who Fears a Long Road?”

First, Chairman Sha Hongzhi, together with the leaders of each center, presented a summary of the 2021 work, providing a comprehensive analysis of the year’s operational performance, the status of key performance targets, the achievements attained, and the challenges currently facing the organization. Drawing on the company’s development trajectory and its strategic objectives, they outlined the tasks for 2022 and set forth new goals to be pursued.

Next, we presented awards and recognized this year’s outstanding employees, teams, and long‑serving staff who have demonstrated five or ten years of dedicated service. Over the past year, they have worked tirelessly in their respective roles, braving challenges and continuously pushing their limits, driven by the courage to forge ahead and pursue innovation.

Charity Sale Event

The “Revive Unused Items, Fuel Compassion” charity sale is organized by the Nanjing Shangluo Charity Foundation. Through this event, participants can pass on their unused belongings to others and donate all or part of the proceeds to the company’s charitable fund, thereby supporting and sustaining the company’s philanthropic initiatives.

This event was organized by Xing Ranran, who managed every step—from the initial call to action to the collection of donations—with meticulous precision. This year, we held the charity sale via live stream. Host Dang Zhuoyue, accompanied by his two young assistants, He Chengrun and Ding Ziwei, engaged with viewers in a lively and cheerful manner. As soon as the items were listed, they sold out immediately, a testament to our colleagues’ boundless enthusiasm and heartfelt compassion.

2022 has ushered in the new year; while the future is ever-changing, the spirit of challenge and the courage to surpass that define the Shangluo people remain steadfast.

In the new year, we wish Shangluo’s endeavors even greater success, and to all our Shangluo colleagues, a prosperous Year of the Tiger and every wish fulfilled!
