Shangluo’s 13th 100-Kilometer Hiking Event

In early 2011, the first phase of Shangluo’s endurance trek covered approximately 228 kilometers over six arduous days, culminating in a triumphant arrival at the company’s headquarters in Nanjing. Since then, Shangluo has taken a significant step in shaping its corporate culture by launching the “100-Kilometer Endurance Walk” initiative. For more than a decade, this steadfast tradition has embodied the unwavering spirit of a strategically minded enterprise.

The Yixing Trail is a challenging path—one that allows for no shortcuts or opportunistic shortcuts. Each year, during the Yixing event, teams of participants from all corners of the country converge in Suzhou. Generation after generation of Shangluo members start from the same starting line, marching toward the same goal. Through hundreds of thousands of steps, they set out to discover the answers that are uniquely their own.

From January 4 to 9, 2025, the 13th edition of Shangluo Electronics’ “Endless Journey with Chips—Perseverance for Far-Reaching Goals” 100-kilometer endurance hike was successfully held. The hiking team set out from Suzhou, spent six days on the trail, and arrived at Shangluo Electronics’ Nanjing Binjiang Supply Chain Headquarters Base, returning in triumph!

Suzhou – Hiking Initiation Ceremony

On January 3, the hiking‑for‑charity kick-off meeting was held in Suzhou. Aaron, Director of the Marketing and Supply Center, delivered a motivational address, drawing on his own experience with the event to encourage everyone to seize the opportunity, appreciate the value of teamwork, and thoughtfully reflect on the seven key concepts: “direction, goals, planning, conviction, team spirit, self-discipline, and honor.”

On the hiking trail

From January 4 to January 9, the team embarked on a six-day long-distance hike, taking on the daily challenge of trekking more than thirty kilometers. Along the way, they traversed urban areas and rural landscapes, gaining a deep appreciation for the region’s diverse cultural and natural heritage. Taking turns, the participants proudly hoisted the team flag and marched with heads held high; even as blisters formed on their feet and their legs grew utterly exhausted, they pressed on without faltering.

Throughout the arduous journey, the team members not only savored the breathtaking scenery along the way but also found warmth and encouragement in each other’s mutual support. Moreover, visits from their “loved ones” brought them deeply moving moments that touched their hearts.

Hiking Summary Meeting

Following a brief respite, on the morning of January 10, the hiking team held a summary and sharing session. All center directors participated throughout, while team members distilled their experiences and reflections from the journey into insightful observations to share with one another.

At the conclusion of the summary meeting, Sha Hongzhi, Chairman of Shangluo Electronics, delivered a video message to the 13th Yixing Team. Quoting, “The road is long and arduous, but perseverance will lead us to our destination; a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step,” he encouraged everyone to remain steadfast in their convictions, stay grounded, and steadily advance toward their goals.

Sha Dong pointed out that the Long-Distance Hike is, at its core, a test of one’s inner potential and a simulation of teamwork. With clear direction and guidance, the path ahead may be fraught with challenges, but it demands meticulous planning, unwavering determination, and an unshakable belief in victory. Throughout this arduous journey, the participants gained a deeper appreciation for the vital roles of teamwork and steadfast conviction.

Sha Dong encouraged everyone to deeply reflect on their experience during this hiking expedition, and expressed his hope that the team members would carry the insights and personal growth gained over these six days into their future work and daily lives.

During the flag‑handing ceremony, Duke, captain of the 13th edition of the Hiking Team, passed the flag to the “Hiking Advisory Panel” of the 14th edition, who jointly took the stage to receive it.

As we set off from Suzhou, Aaron said, “Duke, I’m putting everyone in your hands.” In that moment, I felt the weight of my responsibility as team leader acutely—I had to ensure that everyone made it safely from Suzhou to Nanjing.

The seven‑word guiding principle of the hike—last year, as an individual, I found “direction, goals, and honor” to be the most profound. This year, I’ve come to appreciate “planning” even more: whether it’s mapping out the daily itinerary, choosing rest stops, or keeping track of my teammates’ moods and conditions—these are all aspects a team leader must consider and attend to.

It is precisely through this process that I have come to truly appreciate how generations of Shangluo members, through their participation and actions, embody and carry forward the spirit of perseverance and resilience.

For more than a decade, the Yixing team has maintained the unwavering spirit of “no one gives up, no one is left behind.” The Yixing event has become a time-honored tradition among Shangluo employees, vividly embodying the company’s core values of “mutual success and unyielding perseverance.” This 100-kilometer trek not only bears witness to the steadfast resolve of the Shangluo team but also instills in the group the conviction and strength needed to pursue its goals, serving as an essential pillar of Shangluo’s enduring legacy and cultural heritage.

The Shangluo Charity Sale Event Concluded Successfully

On the afternoon of January 12, Shangluo Electronics’ tenth “Activate Idle Assets, Infuse Love with Energy” charity sale was successfully held outside the Zijin Hall of the Yangtze River Conference Center in Nanjing.

The charity sale has been held annually for ten years, becoming a longstanding tradition at Sunlorder. It aims to encourage all Sunlorder employees to actively participate in the company’s philanthropic efforts. Each year, the proceeds from the charity sale are donated in full to the Sunlorder Charity Foundation, supporting the company’s various charitable initiatives and spreading warmth and care.

From November 21 to December 23, the Shangluo Charity Foundation received a steady stream of donations from Sunlorder partners across the country. This year, the foundation presented each donor with a certificate of appreciation, expressing its heartfelt gratitude for their generous support.

At the charity sale, participating colleagues were highly enthusiastic, carefully selecting items and contributing their compassion and support to Shangluo’s charitable initiatives. The event ultimately raised 6,633 yuan, which has been fully transferred to the Shangluo Charity Foundation, demonstrating our collective commitment to the organization’s philanthropic mission.

Recently, “Xin Tu,” the book authored by Heron, Head of the Technical Support Center at Shangluo Electronics, was officially released. On the afternoon of January 12, during Shangluo Electronics’ 2025 Year of the Snake New Year Gala, a book-signing event for “Xin Tu” made a striking appearance, becoming one of the evening’s standout highlights. All proceeds from the book sale will be donated to the Shangluo Charity Foundation.

“Xintu” covers a broad spectrum, spanning from history to the present and from theory to practical applications, painting for readers an expansive panorama of the evolution of electronic components.

The first chapter traces the origins and evolution of integrated circuits, highlighting the pioneering figures who made seminal contributions to their development and charting the remarkable journey of chips from early exploration to robust growth. The second chapter focuses on passive and active electronic components, third‑generation semiconductors, and sensors, examining their fundamental functions, classifications, and market applications. The third chapter examines the chip industry chain and marketing, analyzing the current state of the chip distribution sector, the dynamic vitality of upstream and downstream supply chains, and the challenges they face. The final chapter centers on the applications of chips in areas such as new‑energy vehicle electronics, charging stations, and AI servers, along with emerging trends and future prospects.
