Talent Cultivation Through University-Enterprise Cooperation｜Award Ceremony of Sunlord Electronics Ivy Scholarship & 2025 Spring Recruitment Presentation Concludes Successfully

On the afternoon of April 17, Shangluo Electronics held its 2025 Ivy League Scholarship Award Ceremony and a special spring recruitment information session in the Auditorium of Building D, Linjiang Building, Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology.
Cheng Yanli, Director of the Alumni Office at Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology; Zhang Qiuhong, Deputy Director of the Student Affairs Office; and Qin Shule, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Artificial Intelligence, attended the event. Student representatives from the School of Artificial Intelligence and the School of Electronic and Information Engineering also took part. Meanwhile, Sha Hanwen, Director of the General Office of Shangluo Electronics, accompanied by Gao Lei, Head of the Recruitment Management Department, and other representatives, was in attendance.
Cheng Yanli, Director of the Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology Alumni Office, first expressed the university’s gratitude on behalf of the institution for Shangluo Electronics’ longstanding care and support of NUIST’s talent-development efforts, and then provided an overview of the review process for the 2025 Shangluo Ivy Scholarship.
She stated that the university will continue to deepen its collaboration with enterprises, fostering regular communication and resource sharing to advance high-quality joint education and development. She also encouraged the honored students to take this recognition as a starting point, dedicate themselves to the field of electronic information, leverage academic innovation to give back to industry and society, and contribute their youthful energy to the advancement of their discipline.
Sha Hanwen, Director of the General Office at Shangluo Electronics, provided an overview of the company’s operations, outlined the rationale behind establishing the scholarship, and remarked, “The warmth of technology stems from the depth of talent.”
He noted that the winning students’ ethos of “unity of knowledge and action” aligns closely with the company’s values of “agility and efficiency, pursuit of excellence,” and outlined three expectations: first, maintain an open‑minded, humble attitude, continuously learning and fostering cross‑disciplinary integration; second, uphold a craftsman’s spirit in research, rigorously honing professional expertise; and third, cultivate a heart of gratitude, translating the company’s care into concrete actions that give back to society and carry forward the value of using technology for the greater good.
At the event, Cheng Yanli and Sha Hanwen presented scholarship certificates to the recipients of the 2025 Nanjing Shangluo Evergreen Ivy Scholarship.
Following the award ceremony, Shangluo Electronics held a recruitment information session, presenting an overview of the company, detailing available positions, outlining its talent-development programs, highlighting employee benefits, and explaining the campus-recruitment process. The company also engaged in a Q&A session with students in attendance.
