Spring fills the banks of the Lijiang River, talent gathers in Guilin City! From March 19th to 21st, the Sunlord Electronics recruitment team visited Guilin University of Electronic Science and Technology. This recruitment drive, fueled by a thirst for talent, spanned three days, from in-depth discussions at the school-enterprise symposium, to passionate interactions at the presentation, and precise matching at the job fair. We built a bridge between Sunlord and Guilin University of Electronic Science and Technology's talent, exploring the limitless possibilities of the workplace!

Initial School-Enterprise Visit, Precise Matching

On March 19th, the Sunlord Electronics recruitment team arrived in Guilin and engaged in in-depth communication with the university. Discussions focused on employment trends for graduating students and their job search concerns, alongside showcasing the company's strengths and job requirements. Both sides explored potential school-enterprise collaborations and generated excitement for the next day's presentation.

School-Enterprise Collaboration, Multifaceted Empowerment

On March 20th, the team, in collaboration with campus ambassadors, meticulously prepared the venue. Through company promotional videos, sharing experiences from alumni, and a Q&A session with Shuyang, the Deputy Director of the South China Regional Technical Support Center, the company showcased its strengths from multiple perspectives. Students actively participated in the Q&A session, and resume submissions surged after the event, leading to in-depth exchanges between students and the recruitment team.

Efficiently Securing Potential Talent

On March 21st, the team transformed into a "mobile consultation station," distributing materials, explaining job roles, and conducting one-on-one interviews with those who submitted resumes. This allowed for rapid screening and matching of candidates, laying the groundwork for subsequent interviews.

This three-day recruitment drive at the Guilin university, from breaking the ice between school and enterprise to collecting resumes, was a complete success! Not only did we obtain over one hundred high-quality, precisely matched resumes, but we also established a channel for ongoing school-enterprise collaboration.
