Nanjing Shangluo Electronics Co., Ltd. was founded in August 1999. It is an electronic component supply chain integration and value-added service enterprise with a registered capital of 687 million RMB. It officially landed on the A-share market in April 2021 (stock code: 300975).
With its global headquarters in Nanjing, China, SRL Electronics has established subsidiaries or offices in more than 20 cities or regions across the globe, including Singapore, Japan, Thailand, and Malaysia, as well as Beijing, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Suzhou, Hainan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Five core warehousing and logistics centers are located in Nanjing, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan.
